Good waterproof and fleece lined hat.
Ran it under the tap, and the water simply runs off it, with no dampness getting inside.
Front, top and rear velcro are all very high quality, anything you attach to them will stay put.
The adjustment at the back of the hat will allow pretty much any head size to wear it.
Finally a nice touch, on the underside of the brim there is a separate section of green felt, which negates any possibility of getting sun reflection from the brim.
Overall very nice hat and well priced.
