Dual-Band Radio Baofeng UV-5R 5W

      The Baofeng UV-5R is a top-rated, compact, and affordable dual-band radio that operates in both VHF and UHF bands.

      It can easily tune to shared frequencies on both VHF and UHF bands, marine frequencies, transponders, etc.

      The antenna is 17 cm long and detachable. The antenna connector is a classic SMA-male. Battery capacity is 1800 mAh / 3.7 V.

Programming

      The radios can be programmed using a Baofeng USB cable (not included) and a simple program is available by accessing the Download button at the bottom of the page.
