M-Tac Soft Shell Pants. The softshell fabric combines the heat-insulating and breathable properties of fleece and wind-moisture resistance, the durability of the outer layer. The outer surface blocks wind and the inner fabric wicks away excess moisture. It is used as a top layer in off-season and winter conditions. For extra comfort in cold seasons, the manufacturer has added a fleece lining.
